Yes, the Nook does support non-B&N type Adobe DRM (epub and pdf). This is one of the advantages of the Nook and other devices that read epub over the Kindle: You're not limited to one vendor. (We won't talk about DRM removal here. ;-)) Simply use Adobe Digital Editions to transfer to your reader.
