If Sony or the Adobe app supports the full PDF spec, then it should support reflowable PDF files. However, most PDF files are not built to be reflowable, so even if the app supports reflow, the ebook file itself may not.

If the unnamed Adobe app is Digital Editions, then it presumably will support epub format as well as PDF. So far, though, I'm not too amazed by Digital Editions since its interface and performance still very much feel like version 1.0 software.
