Just slow -- in work clothes (jeans, shirt) but I do put on my walking shoes. About 2.2 mile loop around the business park where I work -- some hills. Fast enough to work up a bit of a sweat.
I sometimes take my Sony or Kindle along and read as I walk

That slows me down a bit more than without, but kills two birds with one stone!
