Someone emailed me a link to this list. It's not very good; they don't state how the ebooks from each site are encumbered by DRM. They forgot to mention the Kindle Store. They also got their facts wrong on #10; you can buy ebooks from that site.

Device: PRS-600 Silver. Much nicer than I expected.
Thanks for this! Even if the list isn't very good, it is a start. Getting big, heavy, information-packed textbooks into a handy, portable, searchable interface is a big, big win, in my opinion.
