Medical Journals and Newspapers

I am at a lost as to how to receive newspapers and journals online.
If they offer RSS feeds, does that mean it is possible with that particular publication?
If they have mobile access would that work with my iLiad?
iRex has no help on their website.
Can I get this forum on my iLiad?
I understand it has to go through iDs to then be transmitted to my iLiad.

There are a handful of newspapers that you can get through iDS, but not a lot.

As for RSS feeds, you can do it with some manual work through Mobipocket. You setup the Mobipocket application on your PC to "subscribe" to the RSS feed, and can then transfer it to your iLiad via USB.
