Send PDFs to a specific folder

Hi,

I have a Kobo Glo and as PDFs are poorly supported on Kobos, I use Koreader only to read PDFs.
As Koreader doesn't have a very user-friendly interface, I would like my PDFs to be sent to a specific folder when I send them to my device with Calibre.

I found a solution by adding this at the beggining of my template :
{:'test(list_intersection( 'PDF,', approximate_formats(), ',') ,'PDFs/' ,'')'}

This will work fine if my file is ONLY present as PDFs in my Calibre library, but I would like this to work if I have, for exemple, a PDF and an EPUB version of the file. If I send the EPUB version, I would like it to be stored as usual, and if I send the PDF format, it would be stored in the PDF/ folder.

Is this possible ?
