table of contents redirects to front page
I converted pdf book to azw on calibre, sent it to my pw2.
It shows all chapters in the beginning, the same on "go to" menu. The problem is, whenever I click on a certain chapter, I get directed to the very first page of the book. Help? |

Chapter detection may need TLC or it is a lost cause. You could also try using the TOC tool built in to Calibre and Editor. It ain't gonna be fully automatic
