Calibre installation auf OpenWrt
Hello
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem eBook Management Tool hierauf gestoßen. und Calibre erfüllt meine suche ziemlich. nur würde ich es gerne auf meinem NAS laufen lassen. Habe eine FSG-3 von Freecom, und darauf lauft ein aktuelles OpenWrt Build. OpenWrt ist ein freie Firmware für Router und embedded Devices, ein kleines Linuxsystem das auf Netzwerk dinge spezialisiert ist und klitzekleine images erstellen kann. z.B.: TP-Link TL-WR703n in Kreditkartengröße, mit USB Anschluss um USB Sticks oder USB-Festplatten dranzuhängen und eine Samba/Windowsfreigabe drauf laufen zu lassen. oder alle möglichen anderen Programme. Datenbank, Web oder Druckerserver(CUPS), Audioanlage(MPD, Ampache), etc etc etc ... Und ich will auf meinem Gerät (NAS) meine eBooks mit Calibre laufen lassen. der Crosspost im OpenWRT Forum https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?pid=177908 nur habe ich keine Ahnung ob man es headless-noGui ohne grafisches oberfläche betreiben kann. mit der Console einrichten und per Webinterface dann benutzen. bisher habe ich nur installationsanleitungen gefunden die auf Debian/ubuntu beruhen und doch mit VNC drauf verbinden. aber auch für synology Geräte als Plugin. aber nichts fundiertes. ob Calibre auch ohne GUI auskommt. bei meinem Router gibts nämlich nur Webinterface und SSH Gibts hierzu infos, bzw jemand der mir weiterhelfen kann, mich in die richtung stupsen mfg cave |

Das Problem ist vermutlich, die library dependencies zu erfüllen. Und ich bin mir nicht sicher, was du dir unter "per Webinterface benutzen" vorstellst- es gibt einen Contentserver, der die Bibliothek in verschiedenen Formaten zur Verfügung stellt, aber keine Bearbeitung zuläßt. Das geht nur per GUI oder CLI. |

hmm, bearbeitung per cli wäre ja noch OK.
Eine Anleitung wie man am besten den Content Server von dem Rest lösen kann. Weil alles was rigendwie mit GUI und QT zu tun hat kann ich auf dem Router nicht laufenlassen und compilieren. Cross compile muss ich dann selber machen um es auf meiner Hardware zum laufen zu bekommen. vielleicht mache ich auch eine gemischte lösung, und installiere callibre auf einem Raspberry, da gibt es nämlich schon debian pakete dafür. nativ am router wärs mir aber am liebsten. |

D.h. dass z.B. Qt verfügbar sein muß. Und ich hab gehört, dass das Ganze ohne X via Xvfb (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xvfb) läuft. |
