Software Update Problem
Hello,
Before I contact support, I thought I would as the forum about this issue. I am able to get wifi to work, the browser works fine, downloads from the library/bookstore work fine. However, I wanted to do the software update, but I keep getting the error message: 'The software update has failed due to a network connection problem. Check your network settings and try again -- Code 101' Anyone have any thoughts on this error. Thanks, Patrick Schmidt |

Code 101 The software update has failed due to a network connection problem. Check your network settings and try again. This is an error for the Adobe registration. It suggests your edge can't connect to the Adobe system. |

Yeah, I made sure that my adobe password was correct (went through the registration) and it still isn't working. I did contact support and they opened a ticket. Not sure what it is...oh well...except for a few bugs, I love this machine. I have been waiting for this combination (reader/netbook) for a long time. thanks for the suggestions.
