Ideal size for a "chapter" in the epub format?
I get the impression that chapter breaks must be inserted periodically into the epub in order for it to display properly in an ereader without being thwarted by an error. What's the max length for each chapter? I'm specifically trying to make this work on my Sony PRS-600, but I seem to remember reading somewhere that this was a fairly common problem.
Help, please?

The limit is 300K unpacked and 100K when compressed. Unless your book has abnormally long chapters, it's usually fine just to break on the natural chapter marks. The markup will add an overhead of around 30%, so that's around 230,000 characters of actual text.
