I'll be getting the paper white if they have a non-touch version. If not, I will be sticking with my current non-touch. Though I am interested in seeing what the prices will be like for the Kindle Serials.

I agree - I don't think there'll be a non-touch paperwhite. I only purchase WIFI devices and have never been without connectivity.
