1.What e-book formats does your device support?

EPUB, TXT, PDF

2.Is there a special directory on the device in which all e-book files should be placed?

no special directory exists.just plug my device in my computer and it shows like a usb stick.like an extra hard disk.

3.We also need information about your device that calibre will collect automatically.

it is?because in he common options>page setup i cant find it

can you tell me which setup i should put to see my books correctly?some are with small fonts and some are with big pages

Use the generic six inch profile. And to control font sizes you use the options in Preferences->look and feel
