Just call Sony and tell them you will pay for shipping both ways for the ePub upgrade. They may end up fixing it or replacing it.

i looked up the price of postage and its about £120 both ways, i only braught it for £75. and its alot of money for a "maybe" fix it :\

Who would you be shipping it with to get such a high price?

A package was sent from here to the UK and it weighed more then then a 500 and the price was about $20 to ship via the post office. That would be from the USA to the UK.

not according too the UPS site :\

parcel force is £50 with a months delivery time.
