I've just picked up my Story again after a rather long time of neglect. Since I last used it I have changed broadband provider and have a new wifi network. The device found the network ok but won't recognise the password. Any suggestions?
I'm not very tech-svvay so I need guidance is clear simple-step English please!

The obvious answer is that you're entering the wrong password. Try connecting to a different WiFi network (at a friend's house, or one of the free ones) and see if that works.
