RIP Steve Miller

Toni Weisskopf has announced on Baen's Bar that Steve Miller has passed.

He will be missed.

[added]
Steven Miller and Sharon Lee were a married writing partnership best known for their novels and short stories set in their Liaden Universe.

Sharon announced her husband's death on facebook after his sudden death from a heart attack.

Dang!
I enjoyed their Liad tales.
I first ran into them in a Baen Bundle and they became a regular purchase.

I bought Agent of Change when it came out in 1988. It instantly became one of my rereads and was surprised with how long it took to release Plan B, the fourth book.

There is a tribute post on File 770.

There is also more information in item #5 of the Pixel Scroll for yesterday.
