Here's Polititica from Osasco, São Paulo, Brazil.

I have a Kindle and I use Pocketbook Android in my cellphone, but I'm open to suggestions since I'm facing problems to find dictionaries compatible with Pocketbook.

I have quite a collection of E-pubs and PDF in English and Portuguese Brazilian.
