Does anyone know if it works with a pen and if it runs OneNote?

with 1gb of ram, must be a pain to run any third party app.

if onenote lags in top devices and with 2gb of ram you only have 1.2 available after boot, I wouldn't bet on it to have a good experience on euclid.
