I need info about 5.9.2 update and jailbreak
Hello,
I would like to have some info about the situation. I don't know very well the way jailbreak work on Kindle. (btw English is not my main language) Curently I have a PW3, Firmware 5.9.2.0.1 The kindle was jailbreak and I have the KULA file (Kindle Launcher with a kind of dragon eggs) on it but I can't open it. Can I do anything to get the Jailbreak back for the screen saver hack, or I can't do anything ? Thank you for you help! |

You do not have a problem.
The jailbreak is still there. But you must re-install everything else, same-same as always. Note: Your firmware version will not run the document version of KUAL that you had installed. I am not sure if anyone has built a booklet version of KUAL that will run on 5.9.2.<anything> Support for 5.9.<whatever> is pretty hit and miss right now.
