A little suggestion for the next version

Hi, I have a little suggestion for the next version of sigil, can you plese remove the bottom "Remove all" in the plugin windows? Or at last put an "Are you sure?".
I missclicked it and:

HIGH PANIC MODE............ON
HIGH SWEARING MODE......ON
DO A LOT COMPLETELY UNUSEFULL THING AT HIGH SPEED........COMPLETED
REMEBER THAT YOU HAVE A BACKUP OF THE PLUGIN................COMPLETED
HIGH PANIC MODE............OFF
CONVERT HIGH SWEARING MODE TO NORMAL SWEARING MODE...COMPLETED
REINSTALL PLUGIN............COMPLETED
COMPLAIN ABOUT THE UNFAIRNESS OF SOCIETY, WORD, GOD/S..COMPLETED
GO EATING A LOT OF CHOCOLATE....IN PROGRESS

Now I can laugh about it but if I didnt have the backup I was in deep [...] because some of the plugin that I use are being removed by the author.

But there already IS an "Are you sure?" warning when you click Remove All Plugins. Are you asking for an additional "Are You Really Sure?" warning?

Actually the warning message is almost that already, it reads - "Are you sure sure you want to remove all of your plugins?

Maybe be 'Yes' button should be: "To be sure, to be sure - please go ahead!"
