Exclamation Kobo Aura doesn't join

Friends, help to solve a problem with my Kobo Aura.
After the message of the reader on need to charged him, I have connected the reader to the computer. During computer charger, the reader has ceased to be displayed as the USB device.
As a result: on the reader's screen the inscription "Connected and charged", but it is impossible to disconnect the reader from the computer, and the reader doesn't join.
What to do?

Unplug the device and power it off. Hold the power switch in the off position for about 20 seconds. The turn it on again.

If that doesn't get it going, you will probably need to do a factory reset using the buttons.

Unfortunately, the Aura has fixed internal memory. No-one has produced an image for it, and if there was one, I know of no way to get the image onto a non-working device.

Have you tried a factory using the buttons?

I tried factory reset by using the buttons, but the device does not respond. The screen eReader also still image reader connected to a PC and the words "Connected and charged. Please eject your eReader before unplugging the USB cable". Perhaps the battery for some reason not be charged from a PC, but just completely out of power?

The battery being flat is a possibility. What does the LED near the power switch do when you turn it on?

The battery possibly being flat is why my factory reset instructions always start with charging the battery. The steps I give are:

- Charge the device for at least an hour.
- Hold the power switch in the off position for 20 seconds.
- Hold the light button down and turn the device on.
- Release the light button when the screen changes or the LED stops flashing.

All steps are important. If it doesn't work, try again but hold everything a little longer.

It may also be worth rebooting the computer in case its USB ports are in an odd state. Rebooting the computer should properly reset its USB hardware.

Friends, thank you for your help!
As it turned out, the battery is completely discharged, but charge it from a computer was impossible, as the eReader is, not determined by the computer (this could be a consequence of the update my windows 10 during previous charging eReader). Since the hand has not been charged with a micro usb and suitable parameters, I opened the back cover and the battery charging directly loaded from a children's rc toy, a little remake of her quick-disconnect couplings. The battery is able to charge, but to start all eReader had to do a factory reset.
