Bug report - Indexing

Gents,
Another small indexing bug (this one is a bit hard to explain, so please bear with me).

Hierarchical groups don't sort alphabetically if the "parent" itself has an index entry.

The best way to explain it is probably via an example:

The following will sort properly (alphabetically):

Rugby
Blues 1 2
Chiefs 1
Crusaders 1 2 3
Highlanders 1
Hurricanes 1

However, if "Rugby" itself is an index entry, thus:

Rugby 1 2 3
Chiefs 1
Hurricanes 1
Crusaders 1 2 3
Blues 1 2
Highlanders 1

the hierarchy doesn't sort alphabetically (and I haven't spent any time working out in what order it does sort - possibly appearance order in the text?)

Regards
Phil

Hi Hendrixxxxxxx,
Is it sorted in the Index Editor Dialog? Hmm, I will look into this sometime after the holidays, and after we have a few epub3 features added, as this bug is not a new one. It should exist in all earlier versions of Sigil since none of the changes made in the Sigil 0.8.x or Sigil 0.9.x touched this aspect of indexing.

Hi Kevin,
I didn't use the index editor for this one - the whole index was done manually - using "Mark for Index", so my index editor dialogue is blank.

Thinking about your reply, please don't think I am suggesting you have broken anything. I am relatively new to Sigil, and have definitely never used indexing before, so I'm sure this bug has probably been around for a while.

Even if you had broken, or do break, something, the amount of work you guys have done to maintain and improve it means you're still massively on the positive side of the ledger.....not that we're keeping score - I hope you know what I mean.

You guys are awesome, and we all appreciate the amount of work you are doing.
