Hyperlinked Table of Contents
I have recently bought a Kindle Touch and I'm having some trouble with file conversion. I am trying to convert PDF textbooks with hyperlinked chapters to a more readable format (e.g. MOBI) using Calibre. Everything but this works fine with the conversion and i get a table of contents without hyperlinks.
Any help is much appreciated. |

Avoid using MOBI, if at all possible. Convert to AZW3 instead.
