Swept Away by Mary Connealy is the 1st in her Trouble in Texas series of f/m historical western romances with strong comedic elements set in the namesake state in the 1860s, this installment an action-y adventure starring a young man whose Roaring Rampage Of Revenge mission to reclaim his family's stolen ranch is derailed by the rescue of a young woman with no place left to go, necessitating a change of plans, whereupon apparently, Hilarity (and True Love) Ensues, free courtesy of Christian publisher Baker's Bethany House imprint.

According to the customer reviews who say that this has a lot of humour mixed in with the action (and the author's bio-blurb describes her as a writer of historical romantic comedies), this has a minor tie-in with the author's Kincaid Brides series, if you happened to be a fan of those.
