I might have bricked my Kobo Glo HD, so i need a clean image to try changing the sd card.

My kobo it's stuck on configuration, it can't go over it, it just gives me an error.

So please, i really need this image!

@rdau26: You need to enable Private Messaging. This is in the "Edit Options" of the control panel. If this isn't there, it has to be added somehow. You can try posting in https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=319819 to ask it to be enabled, or contact a moderator.

Hi davidfor, thanks so much for the quick response, image restored succesfully on my glo hd , now kobo alive, all ok, firmware updated.
Years ago I patched 3.xx version for screen refresh extension, now I see default refresh max 10 but no patch for extension. Some help for this?
Sorry if not the right place for this post... no result by searching...

I don't do any patching. There is a thread for each firmware version to discuss the patches. It should be discussed there.

Hi there davidfor! I seem to have ended up with a bricked Kobo Glo HD and you seem to be the only place in the internet where someone can find a full sd card image.

I would appreciate a link to an original image (I'll keep it preciously knowing it sometimes is the only solution)
