Well my reader still flashes when going to sleep or powering off. But FullScreenReading worked for me! Not sure I like it, but I may run with it for a while and see if it grows on me.

On my Aura 6" no more flash, but a black screen before either going to sleep or wakening. Beforehand it was black, white, black and then either the cover (going to sleep) or the book itself (wakening).

I've updated the Glo I lend to my son too. I didn't fiddle with it. I'll let him see for himself.

Those are just the links if you want to sideload the updates. If nothing happens when you press sync, it means the update isn't available on your region yet... Mine too. Still on 3.2.0

You can use the links to download and manually install the update if you are too impatient to wait for the update to finally arrive for your Kobo. Some prefer to get the update as soon as possible while others prefer to let someone else live on the bleeding edge.

Well, I've just manually upgraded and as sadly expected every single one of this OLD issues is still present. (Link to my comments on 3.2.0 release).

The pdf navigation issue is really really incredible... How can be Kobo people so like they are?!?!?

(I'm not sure but nevertheless, in my Aura HD 3.3.0 seems a tad faster than 3.2.0. which was noticeable slower than any previous release...)

No, the N905B uses the kobo3 package. Or at least it has every other time.

Firmware 3.3 fixes the wifi usues ?
(when my kobo goes to sleep it erases my internet box password and I have to put it again and again...) This bug appeared with the 3.0 released i think

I'm using an N705 and am glad to report that the 'FullScreenReading' option works on my device as well. @Davidfor thanks for the tip! It's nice to have the option although I agree that having only the page numbers would be the way I would like best.

Update of firmware was manual
I only have sideloaded ebooks (epub and kepub)

On first test all seems to work great
(including the full screen/no header/footer option)
