Washington Post and AP Fetch News

For some time now the Washington Post and AP are just loading the URL and not the story for some of the news stories. Here is the URL I got instead of the story for an AIG story in the January 2 edition of the Post.

And here is the URL I got instead of the story about Clinton's blood clot in the AP.

Problem occurs more often with the Washington Post than it does with the AP

Problem occurs on my PC and my Nook.

Is this a Post and AP issue that can't be fixed or is it a Recipe issue that may be fixed in the future?
