Cake Recipes from Scratch - Grama G's Top Ten Can't Get Enough Cake Recipes From Scratch - Scrumptious Dessert Recipes You Will Love! (Grama G's Top Ten Homemade Recipes From Scratch) [Kindle Edition] Rose Taylor (Author)

http://www.amazon.com/Cake-Recipes-S...s_154606011_98

For years my friends have been asking for my dessert recipes, not all my personal recipes, but certain ones in particular, my gram’s recipes from her cake cookbook! I’ve always joked that they were top secret…truth was, that everyone loved them so much, I wanted them to remain the special treat that only I could take credit for at our get togethers!

The best way to describe these delicious dessert recipes found in my grams cake cookbook is to have you recall how a specific aroma or taste can take you back in time to a special memory, well that’s what these cake recipes do. They just give you a warm fuzzy feeling of comfort and down home goodness!

The following dessert recipes have been handed down through four generations of home baking. From our home to yours, I’m sharing our long standing family favorite recipes transcribed directly from the original handwritten cookbook that my mom received from her mom.

These cakes are so moist and scrumptious, it’s near impossible not to go back for thirds!

Another new book...

The Big Book of Curry Recipes (Big Book Recipes) [Kindle Edition] Dyfed Lloyd Evans (Author)

http://www.amazon.com/The-Book-Curry...s_154606011_86

Curries are one of the world's culinary success stories. They are now prepared, in various guises throughout the globe. Curries were originally developed in the Indus valley some 4000 or more years ago. Indian traders introduced them to Southeast Asia and East Africa whilst buddhist monks introduced them to south Asia and East Asia. The British introduced them to the remainder of the world. This book contains over 700 recipes for curries and curry-associated dishes with recipes for starters, main courses, accompaniments, breads, pickles, curry pastes and spice blends, and drinks from the Indian sub-Continent. Also included are curries from the remainder of Asia, from Africa and from the Caribbean. In addition there is a whole chapter on how to prepare restaurant-style curries for the home and on modern British curries as well as a chapter on historic curry recipes, beginning with the first curry recipe in English, from 1747. This book brings together the whole world of curries and curry recipes in one place.

Dine With Us: A Collection of Recipes from the Authors of Indie Writers Unite [Kindle Edition] Cheryl Bradshaw (Author, Foreword)

http://www.amazon.com/Dine-With-Us-C...s_154606011_33

Dine With Us is a collection of recipes from the authors of Indie Writers Unite. It combines our most savory dishes with a sample from one of our novels, allowing you to get to know us while enjoying delicious food in the process.

Recipes are shared in the categories of: Appetizers, Breads, Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, Main Dishes and Desserts. Additionally, each recipe has step-by-step instructions along with a full-color photo.

What's great about this cookbook is it's unlike any other. The recipes are unique, many with a special meaning or significance, many with an authentic cultural background that you may have never heard of before, and that's rare to come by anymore in a cookbook. Take Charlie Romo's Musei Glowtizer for example; I guarantee you've never seen it or made it before.

Here’s just a sample of the mouth-watering recipes that await you:

Appetizers: Cilantro Salsa, Turkey Pinwheels, Quick and Easy Nachos, SalsaMole, Spicy Corn Patties

Breads: Banana Bread, Buttermilk Biscuits, Very Berry Blueberry Muffins, Magical Muffins

Soups, Salads, and Sandwiches: ‘The-Irish-love-potatoes’ soup, So-easy-a-lazy-witch-can-do-it Tomato Soup, South Philly Roast Pork and Slaw, Hungarian Seven Chieftain Stew, Pasta e Fagioli, Refreshing Pasta Salad, Tea Sandwiches

Main Dishes: Chicken Basil Pesto Fettuccine, Flank Steak, Roasted Chicken Francais, Greek Pizza, Thai Garlic and Pepper Chicken, Chicken Divan, Corned Beef and Cabbage, Goulash, Dreamy Lasagne, Greek Chili, Ham Balls, Loco Moco, Thai Peanut Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta

Desserts: Bread Pudding, Lemon Syllabub With Raspberries, To-die-for Fudge, Grandma's World War One Cake, Men Like Pie, Peanut Butter Treats, Pots de Creme

50% of the proceeds from the kindle sales will be donated to UNICEF who work in 190 countries providing much needed assistance to children in need.

Side Dishes - 41 Great Recipes (Mama's Legacy Series) [Kindle Edition] Nancy N Wilson (Author)

http://www.amazon.com/Side-Dishes-Re...s_154606011_79

The 41+ great recipes in this cookbook should be helpful to every cook as he or she continues to face the "side dish challenge."

Side Dishes, Volume VI in the Mama's Legacy Cookbook Series is one that I am particularly excited about. When planning a meal, the main dish and the dessert are often fairly easy choices, but the side dish choices are a little more difficult. The tendency is to prepare the same old things meal after meal. This collection will help you get out of your rut.*

For the novice, there are basic recipes for steaming and roasting vegetables and instructions on how to cook rice, plus new ideas for old stand-bys; but, there are also new and unusual dishes that will please the most discerning palate.

The recipes have been grouped in four categories:*
Fruit and Pasta
Potatoes
Rice
Vegetables

There is every thing from quick and easy to more complicated combinations and a few delicious casseroles. The best part is that there is a wide variety of delicious choices.

Be creative and have fun mixing and matching the choices.

Sauce Recipes - 50 Tasty Choices (Mama's Legacy Series) [Kindle Edition] Nancy N Wilson (Author)

http://www.amazon.com/Sauce-Recipes-...s_154606011_88

Sauce Recipes - 50 Tasty Choices, is a special collection of recipes to accompany the other six volumes in the series.

The 50 recipes in this cookbook provide a wide variety of choices
in several different categories:
Sauces for grilling and roasting meat
Sweet dessert sauces
Essential classic sauces that every cook should know how to make
Specialty sauces that are unique and do not fit into the other categories
Sauces for meats and vegetables
Sauces for pasta

Most of the sauces are fairly quick and easy to prepare, with the exception of a few that take a little more time and effort (but are so worth it) such as: Hot Caramel Sauce, Hot Fudge Sauce - The Real Deal, Sharon's Lasagna Sauce and Classic Hollandaise Sauce.

I encourage you to try each one and find your favorites - first for your family and then, others that are perfect for entertaining. Play with the recipes. Almost every sauce recipe can be used in a variety of ways - be creative and have a good time!

Often all you need to make a good meal or dessert great is the perfect sauce.
