Glad to be here!
Hi, everyone. Just another reader with 55 years of practice behind me. I started with Coral Island at age 12, and have decided to read some Dickens this year because I've fallen back in love with good old story-telling. I got several Joan Didion titles from my lovely wife for Christmas and fulfilled thereby a long standing wish!
I live in a University and Spa town in South Eastern Ontario and the nippy Winters here make reading a perfect occupation for me. I am retired from teaching and gadding about in the usual academic forums so I am looking forward to chat with folks here! |
