Publishing book via ibook store?

Hello.

I have a book that is both and I would like to sell it online.
It has an ISBN. But the book in not in English, and I reside outside the USA.

- Can I sell it on AppStore or iBooks? (being in non-latin characters?)

- I'm not sure if Appstore will allow me to sell epub books will it?

- But I guess ibooks will allow me to sell my epub, but how do I start? How can create an author account and get started?

- How much percent do ibook store take on each purchase?

I don't know about non-Latin characters, but you can publish a book through the iBookstore. It's probably easier to publish it through Smashwords, though. They will distribute it to Apple, and you'll get 60% of the price.
