Sending E-Books to Device
When one sends an e-book to to a reader, does the original stay in Calibre's library or is it deleted? I don't have a reader yet so I can't test it.

It stays in Calibre's library. Calibre never deletes anything unless you tell it explicitly to do so.

However, there is a right click option that will let you tell Calibre explicitly to delete the file from the main library when you send it to a Device, should you need that feature.
