Finally, a deal you won't have to fight for on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Walmart is now selling the Kobo e-reader on its Web site for $129 plus free shipping. The retail giant started selling the e-reader in its stores last month, but will now offer it on the Web.

The Kobo e-reader comes in onyx, lilac, and silver. The first-generation Kobo e-reader was launched in June at a $149.99 price point, and later dropped to $129.99 after the introduction of the $139.99 Wi-Fi only version.

"The customer response to the Kobo eReading service in the U.S. and around the globe has been incredible, and we know that people are looking for more ways to get their hands on our eReader. Our goal is to bring eReading to everyone, and by working with one of the most trusted American online shopping destinations, Walmart.com, we are able to offer customers even greater shipping convenience and choice," Kobo wrote on its blog.

The e-reader is also available at Borders or through Kobo's Web site.
