Replace Book Cover in MOBI

I would like to update the book cover or metadata in a MOBI book without doing another covert, is there an easy way to do?

Thanks for any suggestions.

No. Cover is baked into the book. This is a MOBI-only problem. If the book is in AZW3 (new MOBI) or EPUB, cover will be updated.

Certain other types of metadata are located in easily-updatable fields. When sending a book from calibre (or saving to disk) the author and title will be automatically updated.
