Occasionally a library borrow can only be read in the Libby app, so I use my iPhone 13 Pro. And I let Siri read to me from the Kindle app at times, for some lite fiction, when I'm cooking or sewing.

The bulk of my reading is done on my 2021 Paperwhite.

I have read a lot of short stories on my phone or computer and between 20 and 30 longer books on my phone since I started tracking. Mostly in two circumstances, first, when a book was not available for my Kindle, such as from the library when they only had an epub version available. Second, when my Kindle broke a few years ago so I had to make do until I got a replacement. (And I've read 2 paper books in that time too.)

I've also read a lot on my phone when out and about, but not enough for me to say "I read this on my phone." Generally just 5-10 minutes of filler here and there.

Short stories I tend to just read on whatever device I find them on and are not normally long enough to bother sending to my Kindle.

Phone reading for me tends to be as a time-killer in those moments you end up stuck somewhere or waiting for something/someone etc.
