DÓNDE ESTÁ EL BOTÓN DE PREFEERENCIAS
¡Hola, necesito ayuda urgente! En mi nueva versión de calibre no aparece en el menú de la barra superior la opción "preferencias" a la derecha como viene en el manual de "ayuda" ¿Puede alguien decirme dónde está o dónde puedo encontrar sus acciones para instalar complementos? Gracias. Estoy perdidisima.

Abrir preferencias en Windows -> Ctrl + P

Seguro que está oculto mas allá del borde derecho.
Soluciones:
1- Abrir más a lo ancho la ventana de Calibre.
2- En el extremo derecho de la barra verás tres puntitos, púlsalos y aparecerá el icono de Preferencias y quizás alguno más.
