ePub, 505 and multi-level ToC

I have an ePub I've generated creating a multi-level ToC. When I go to the ToC from the ToC menu, I can select the top level and see all the entries under the top level. Then I can select any of the second level. But how do I select the first level ToC entry so I can actually go ot that ToC entry instead of just expanding it? This is using a PRS-505.

I don't think you can, since if the entry has sub entries the 505 always assumes you want to expand it. You can go to the entry in the calibre epub viewer, however.

Can we have the top level then duplicated as the first entry under the sub-ToC so we can select it?
