Kindle with "special offers"

A kindle with "special offers" is being offered as an option at Amazon for $119.
It claims to be the same product as the usual wifi kindle but as I researched a little bit on the website it seems there will be "screensaver adds" included in this version. As an extra bonus or enticement they seem to be also offering add ons in terms of cost saving discounts to be applied after purchase.
Do I have this correct, also I was wondering how intrusive the screensavers are, any thoughts?

Thanks Guys,
As you can tell I am not all that up to date with the kindle webpage on Amazon and did not realize it was old news. I actually only went to the site because of the recent news about kindles being able to download library books soon.
After reading the above forum opinions I have to agree the adds seem a bit of an annoyance to warrent the $25 savings.
