PDF to MOBI

Hi,
maybe it's still the same prob.
wich is the best way co convert .PDF to .Mobi file? I work on linux Debian, and I have calibre. I know that if the source is not wel formatted the converted too.
But >I try to convert a file made by Latex. So, it is not possible to made mistake with Latex (because of the way of work of latex WYSIWYM instead of WYSIWYG).

Can someone sudgest me soe solution to try?

Have you tried Mobipocket Creator Professional? Free, and does a fair job...

edit: I tried and it doesn't seem to work (installs fine just after starting it doesn't react to anything). Looks like a strange application though.

Weird. Mine is working fine.

However, converting PDFs it is a lottery - regular text is fine but if you have book with pictures and equations - it can fail.
