I have a 'sub Prime' account on my brother's Prime account. It shares only some of the benefits. I get the same reduced shipping options as well as access to any special sale deals for Prime members. I do not get shared streaming, video or ebooks. THAT happens because we have a linked household account. So, if you want shared video, ebooks, music, you need to link the accounts into a household account.

I'm undecided between Beyond the Shadow of Night and A Lily in the Light--WWII fiction and ballet fiction both appeal to me.

Thanks for posting this Manabi
It's between Beyond the Shadows of Night or Zoo Nebraska for me. Still deciding which. |

Same here, but I ultimately went with Zoo Nebraska. There's a small chance I might read it (I am somewhere interested in the story), which is better than nothing. I might have gone with The Rescue, except I really hate that setup. How about a thriller with a main character not driven by a horrific past?

I picked Zoo Nebraska. A little over half way through it. Kind of depressing but well written.

The closest we in the USA have, is Bosch, and Monk, but they are outliers. Our traditional TV Detectives like Columbo, are happy pros or angry pros who hate their "amateur partners". Last edited by GlenBarrington; 03-07-2019 at 10:03 AM. |

I'm thinking about the memoir just because I like memoirs, but none of the books look particularly interesting to me.

Just a reminder, today's the last day to pick one of March's Amazon First Reads if you haven't done so already.

One Word Kill for me. Already started sampling it. More like started reading. Interupting my other book. I guess I have to squeeze this one in first.

Same again. Though I will be careful not to touch the sample till I'm ready for a new book!

Nothing seems to catch my eye this time. I did read " Ready Player One" and enjoyed it years ago. For those of you who are reading " One Word Kill " would you say it's similar to " Ready Player One ? "
