Calibre Reader - text to speech on Mac?

I'm using a Mac Pro - OS 10.5.8.

Is there any way to get the Calibre Reader to read a book aloud to me?

Thank you.

I don't believe Calibre has this as an option, but you could use EPUBReader extension for Firefox (forum here) along with your favorite screen reading software.

Very helpful. Thank you. That's a great Add-on! Unfortunately, Firefox and Apple's Voiceoever don't work together yet, but I'm using EPUBReader with GhostReader (a fantastic little app) and it's working great!

Thanks again.
