Gift from Audible?

I launched the Audible web page and was surprised to see I've got a $5 credit balance. There's no reason I know that I should and I've had no communication in regard to it. Has anyone else benefited from their seeming largesse?

Now, should I spend it quick before it disappears?

I have nothing from Audible. I'm on the verge of joining again since I want to access the 50-percent-off sale. Wish they'd give me some incentive.

I am. The last time I quit, they offered me three months at $7.50/month and I bit.

Lucky you if you got $5, especially with the sale. With the yearly lump plan I've figured that each audiobook roughly costs me $8-something (if I'm remembering correctly), so that's my standard when I'm looking. If it's below that I'll buy it outright but above it and I use a credit. I think if I looked down I could find a good many on my wishlist below the $8 with the sale but I'm not used to having a backlog of bought books (I almost always buy ebooks and audiobooks 'a la carte' so to speak just before I start reading them) so I'm trying to decide whether or not to look around this weekend. Well I certainly went off on a side track there, heh. Suffice it to say, no I didn't get a random fiver.
