Reader's Feast in Melbourne, Australia now sells ebook readers

Reader's Feast, an independent bookstore, is now demonstrating and selling ebook readers.

They have the Bookeen Cybook, Irex iLiad (V2 and Book Edition) and the HanLin V3 in store and they'll sell over the counter. They also accept telephone orders. Reader's Feast is located on the corner of Bourke St and Swanston St Melbourne Australia.

As they did with me for my Cybook, and provided good service.

Great news! Now whenever I convince people who inquire about the strange gadget I'm reading from that they want an ebook reader I'll know where to direct them.

Thanks, Nate!

epiphany, please do! Reader's Feast is a prominent bookstore that's well-known to Melburnians, so this is exciting news.

Blue Tyson, Reader's Feast prices (in AUD, including GST):

HanLin V3 $569.00 (includes cover, USB cable, earphone, wrist strap and AU/NZ wall charger)
Cybook $599.00 (includes USB cable)
Cybook black cover $56.95
iLiad V2 $1,299.00 (includes all cables, AU/NZ charger, etc)
iLiad BE $1,099.00
iLiad black M-Edge cover $69.95

Thanks. 600 certainly a lot better than 900 or 1000!

Hi mobelby, we won't make any announcements on new HanLin products until Jinke has given us the go-ahead to release information.

I expect Reader's Feast will demonstrate and hold stock of all available offerings from Jinke.

I don't know of any plans for a Sydney branch, but if Reader's Feast announces it, I'll post here.

Blue Tyson, if you're in Melbourne, you should come along to our meetup in mid-June!
