Compared to earlier Touch HD's, 3 adds BT, waterproofing, and upgrades internal storage to 16 GB. At the same time, it removes the SD card slot and 3,5 mm headphone jack.

Two ways:

1. Contact the company directly. Maybe they will send it https://www.pocketbook-readers.de/de...x/sArticle/195

2. On next vacation go to Europe and buy it along the way. Research up the retailers in various countries.

In other countries (at least in France), this device will have name Tea Touch HD Plus (PocketBook uses Tea brand in France) :

In my experience, this did not work. I did contact them directly, twice, and they simply said "we don't sell outside the EU, try eBay"

Thanks for the offer, but I bought a Clara instead. The Touch 3 looks like a lovely device, but it is already at a premium price, and the shipping adds to that

It's not available on market yet. I saw one of the first devices during Book Fair in Kraków, and it should be very good eReader indeed. There is an information from Polish distributor that it should be available during first week of December (3-7 XII). Prerelease price is 689 PLN (about 183 USD). If you would be still interested PM me pls.

When is the estimated delivery date for the PocketBook Touch HD 3? It was supposed to be sent in November.

Depends on how you ordered it. If here

It should be on market between December 10th and 14th in Poland. It looks to be available already in France.

Just want to thank you for posting those links and the info about the "Tea" branding of these devices. I've decided to try the InkPad 3 instead of the Touch 3 HD; minus the VAT and plus shipping to the US it was 180€ (about $210) from decitre.fr.

As I posted earlier today for the Pocketbook InkPad 3, when e.g. ordering from amazon.de (germany, EU):
I would make forwardshipment. I'm often doing this from germany to austria; because many articles are not shipped to my country (and usually it's a cheaper shipment rate ).
But mine is not servicing the US, so I looked it up with startpage.com and found: https://www.mailboxde.com/

Step1: After setting up the mailbox you will immediately receive a delivery address in Germany for FREE, which will be sent to you via email.

Step2: If you are going to order goods from Germany, fill in the address of your mailbox. Once the delivery arrives, we will send you an e-mail on the same day.

Step3: Select the type of delivery and pay by PayPal
or by bank transfer.

Here you can buy PocketBook ereaders. Also the Touch HD 3 US $ 149,99.- (cheaper than in Europe!)

* waterproof, but not SD-card slot!!! That's why I bought the Touch HD 2 last month; because there is a SD slot for up to 32GB.
