pdf file, multilavent

Hello to all, sorry for my bad English, I have a question...

Recently I bought some pdf file, a German- Serbian dictionary , so it has both Latin and Cyrillic script , the person from whom I bought it said it is an ocr-ed pdf, but now I see that it is not like this person said. So, during last days I tried to extract the text from this pdf file (I realized it is ....I dont know the term , but it is "partly" Ocr-ed...
I tried everything and I got good results with gpftext editor (I dont want to advertise) but that is not as good as I wanted to be...

Later I used http://multivalent.sourceforge.net/ this software in the link, here are two images how it looked before and how it looks now in multivalent

image 2 http://www64.zippyshare.com/v/qGVrXlwP/file.html

So, I want to it to look like in the multilavent but I cannot save it...when I click on the "save" button , nothing happens...

Can somebody help me...is it possible to save it or am I wrong, do I need again to ocr it...

Is somebody familiar with this kind of problem?

Thanks in advance.
