Paid a lot of money (without Prime) to get 3 shipped & delivered 1 day = November 16th. But it's worth it

I paid to have mine shipped in one day too, and also without Prime. I later got Prime and kept thinking they would lower the shipping cost of my KFire accordingly, but they haven't yet, and I didn't want to screw up my Nov 16 delivery so I haven't messed with it. I figure if they don't lower the shipping cost I will call CS AFTER I receive my KFire.

A wise move. It's much easier to fix a billing issue after-the-fact than to risk getting kicked out of the queue.

Although I still have "Not Yet Shipped" on my KF order, I know from experience that the order page seems to lag a bit. I still have a feeling that people will begin seeing "Pending" very soon.

Just chat with them online, they'll do it right then, for you.

Their CS is really great. However I ordered something a month or so ago and opted for two day delivery. Two days later the item still had not shipped and I called CS to complain. I was told that if they made any changes at that time to the shipping it would probably have an adverse effect on the delivery date due to where it was in the queue process, but they made a note to refund the ENTIRE shipping fee once the item shipped. They did refund my entire shipping fee a few days later. But since I've been at the top of the queue for 6 weeks or so (I ordered my KFire the day they were introduced) I hesitate to risk screwing that up. I think calling them after it ships is a safer way to handle it.

Fair enough. I changed mine from 2 day to 1-day shipping manually. Hopefully that didn't screw me up. It still shows the 16th, though, so I'm thinking(hoping!) not.
