Final duokan version for Kindle DXG?
Was it Duokan_0_5_13_8942__2011_05_20_english.rar ?

I think I found this at some German guy's website but it is probably gone now.

I have found several newer versions for Kindle 3,4,Touch, and PW1 in archive.org but they seem to require newer firmware 3+ and this device is on 2.5.8. Actually, I can't tell if these are even working. Tried to install the one for PW1 on mine just to see if it is any different from 5.13; the update menu is greyed out and the PW1 deletes it. Maybe PW1 is on too high firmware to be tricked by wonky bogus update files?

As duokan is a bit snappier than Koreader on this old reader, I just thought I'd ask around.

The FW 2.5.8 is last ever for DX and DXG.
You certainly need to jailbreak.
