Add Icon for the Toolbar Reload This Book
Is there a way to add an icon for "Reload this book", it's the only toolbar command I use that doesn't seem to have a default icon. I don't have to use it often thus I usually forget the shortcut key ctrl r

Not sure what you mean it definitely does have an icon, a circular magenta arrow

You have probably overriddent hat icon in your calibre config dir or you are using a theme with an invalid image for that icon
