Should be ironed out long ago. The battery issue was due to replacing the 300 fw with a 505 one, which messed up with some energy-saving options.
But since PRS+ is set atop of a genuine PRS-300 fw there are no more battery related issues reported (beside excessive use of games).
Doing another full shutdown and restart after installing PRS+ will also do no harm and maybe solve some glitches.
