I downloaded and installed Calibre 6.21 this morning and have done some testing. Although the conversion to DOCX does seem to support SVG images, all of the images are the same single image.

It is not even the first image in the EPUB that is used throughout the DOCX it could be an image from a later chapter. It does however retain any height and width attribute that would have been included for the correct image, so the image that is used is scaled non-proportionally.

Here is a screenshot of an example.

open a bug report and attach a sample epub that demonstrates the issue
