Came across this device. NFI who makes this or where the screen comes from.

Any thoughts...?

It's made by e-Ink. They're still shopping it around to manufacturers, but I think one of those is Readius.

I would imagine that it's actually Netronix who make it, a large chunk of which is owned by PVI.
