So it's a problem on Onyx's side. Hopefully they can fix it in a future firmware release if they care.

Consider telling them or using any other app as they depend on other parts of the Android SDK that are not yet broken

I set the margins to the minimum in KOReader Desktop

reproduced on my 10.3 device as well. No margin changes in this case ;-)
